sbobet thai How should Paul Lambert line Stoke up at Southampton? Will the Potters grab all three points? And is there praise for the club this week in what’s been a difficult season?
To discuss all that and more on our fans’ panel are IAN CORBISHLEY , from Biddulph; LEE LYCETT , from Audley; DAVID BITHELL , from Newcastle; and MARK GREEN , from May Bank.
WHAT’S YOUR STARTING XI?
Ian Corbishley: My team would be Butland, Bauer, Zouma, Shawcross, Stafylidis, Cameron, Allen, Badou, Shaqiri, Jese, Diouf.
I've brought in Jese for Choupo-Moting as Choupo hasn't looked interested and he doesn't work hard enough away from home.
If Shawcross isn’t 100 per cent I'd keep in Martins Indi as Cameron will do a better job in the midfield. I know Diouf isn't always a fans’ favourite but I think he has the right attitude for a game like this and should start up front.
Lee Lycett: There is no need to change the defence or midfield for me providing everyone is fit. We looked a lot more organised and resolute.
The only doubts I have is who supports Shaqiri in attack. I will stick with Diouf and then I would give one of Ramadan or Jese a game in place of Choupo-Moting who has looked a little laboured just lately.
Butland; Bauer, Zouma, Martins Indi, Stafylidis; Cameron, Ndaiye, Allen; Shaqiri, Diouf, Ramadan.
David Bithell: I would stick with the same team that played at Leicester with the exception of Jese for Choupo-Moting, who hasn't done enough in recent games to warrant his place. sbobet thai
Mark Green: Butland, Bauer, Shawcross, BMI, Stafylidis, Allen, Ndiaye, Cameron, Ramadan, Shaq, Jesé. I’d have BMI and Zouma at the back but if Ryan’s fit, he will play as he’s captain.
WHAT’S YOUR PREDICTION?
Ian Corbishley: This is really the proverbial six pointer. We need to pick up some wins from somewhere and in the last few weeks we really haven't helped ourselves. However, Lambert has only lost one game since he took over and even in that game we played very well in the first half, just as we did in the second half at Leicester.
So I'm hoping for a 1-0 win but I have a feeling it will be another 1-1 draw, which probably doesn't suit either team.
Lee Lycett: I have the feel good factor. A 2-1 away win.
David Bithell: If we increase the intensity and press Southampton more than we did Leicester then we should be able to win. Their only counter attack is from Nathan Redmond. If we can keep his pace under control we will be fine. Our full-backs have the speed to cope. sbobet thai
